CraftyDawnsCreations Shipping & Delivery Policy
CraftyDawnsCreations is dedicated to providing safe, fun and creative handmade toys for bird families around the world. To enable your feather friends to experience their new toys as soon as possible, we have formulated a clear, professional and detailed transportation policy to ensure that each of your orders can be delivered safely, properly and within a reasonable time.
1. Processing Time
All toys are 100% handmade. To ensure quality and safety, we will start production or packaging after confirming the order. The usual processing time is:
3 to 7 working days: Regular toys
7 to 10 working days: Complex styles or custom orders
During holidays or peak promotional periods, the processing time may be slightly extended. We will try our best to inform you in advance.
2. Shipping Methods
We mainly use the following transportation methods:
USPS First Class
USPS Priority Mail
UPS Standard
International Order: USPS International/Cooperative International Logistics
The system will automatically match the most suitable mode of transportation based on the destination, the weight of the package and the material.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
The following is the average reference time:
In the United States: 3 to 7 working days
Canada: 7 to 15 working days
Europe and Asia: 10-25 working days
Other regions: 10 to 30 working days
Please note that international transportation may be delayed due to objective factors such as customs, weather, and holidays. We cannot control these situations, but we will do our best to assist with inquiries.
4. Order Tracking
After all the packages are dispatched, we will provide tracking numbers for you to check the transportation status of the packages at any time.
If the tracking information has not been updated for several days, this is a normal situation, especially during the international transportation and cross-border transshipment stages.
5. Incorrect Address
If the address you provided is incorrect, please send it to fan@craftydawnscreations.com as soon as possible
Contact us.
If the package has not been dispatched yet, we can modify the address for free.
If the package has been sent out, we are unable to modify the address, which may result in:
The package is lost.
Returned (shipping fee needs to be paid again before it can be sent again)
Please carefully confirm the delivery information before placing an order to ensure the smooth delivery of the package.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If the package exceeds the normal transportation time, we will assist you in establishing an investigation file with the logistics provider.
But please note:
As the external transportation agency is not under our management, we cannot guarantee a 100% success rate in recovering lost items.
If the package is lost due to the buyer's incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible.
If it is confirmed that the package is lost, we will provide partial compensation or solutions based on the specific circumstances.
7. International Customs & Import Fees
International orders may incur tariffs, taxes and import fees, which shall be borne by the buyer themselves.
We cannot predict the tax rates of various countries in advance, nor can we control the speed of customs clearance.
8. Package damage (Damaged on Arrival)
